Dear Sir / Madam,
In 2/2009 I started a new training program for my employees, after consulting my friends in New horizons educational center they suggested that I should use a private technical instructor to take over the entire training program and they recommended Eng.Nour Waguih for me. The Training program started and I was totally surprised that some one that young can gather all this practical experience and self confidence in such a short time.
Nour had to deliver a technical material for my employees that normally took 3 to 4 months in a period of 2 months the training program had to be well planned and he was required to dedicate at least 30% of the training time for labs and supervising the employees work. This time frame was considered to be irrational but I needed to complete the training as soon as possible to meet a project dead line. The amazing thing that he did really manage to accomplish this target without any delays.
In fact, in my twenty years of working in the IT & Networking field I have never experienced any instructor who was better prepared and who worked harder than Nour.
He was willing to come up with creative lessons that proved to be interesting and educationally effective. Nour has approached any and all aspects of the work involved in teaching my employees with eager anticipation
Overall, as the General Manager of Contact ISP Company, I would not hesitate to offer Nour a teaching or project management position were we to have an opening. Wherever he decides to accept this position, I know with all confidence that he will do an outstanding job and become an asset to the company fortunate enough to receive his application for employment.
