Access Denied trying to uninstall assemblies from GAC

Some times you try to uninstall an assembly file from the GAC but you get a windows message saying access denied trying to uninstall assemblies.

This is because windows server by default run all the administrators in Admin approval mode, what is the meaning of admin approval mode?

To fix this problem go to Control Panel ==> Administrative tools ==> Local security Policy –> local policies-> security options.
find the policy saying
User Account Control: Run all administrators in Admin Approval Mode" and change the policy from Enabled to Disabled

After you change the policy you must reboot your machine.

يمر كل منا بــ 4 مراحل فى حياتة المرحلة الاولى هى مرحلة الجنين الثانية هى الحياة الدنيا الثالثة و هى القب و الرابعة هى الاخرة و الجنة و النار. ان كنت تقراء هذة الخاطرة فانت مازلت فى المرحلة الثانية الحياة الدنيا.

ماذا اذا اخبرك ان حياتك القادمة و هى حياة القبر سوف تبدء بالحديث مع ملكين و كلاهما هناك  سيسألك من هو ربك ومن هو نبيك و ما هو دينك فاذا اصبت فى الجواب كان قبك روضة مفرحة من رياض الجنة و اذا لم تصب كان قبرك حفرة من حفر النيران ماذا ايضاً لو اخبرك احدهم انة سيكون ثعبان عملاق يحوم ليل نهار حولك ان لم تكن من المصلين. للكثير ستكون هذة القصة خيالية او يصعب تصديقها.

دعنى اعينك على تقبل الامر لقد كنت فى يوم من الايام جنين فى رحم امك وكنت تحيا فى مساحة لا المساحة الداخلية لكرة القدم و كل ما تراة من حولك هو الاسود فقط لا تعلم اى شئ عن العالم الخارجى حتى ان شكل اقرب شئ اليك و هو امك التى تحيى داخلها لا تعلمة.

بعد ان تتذكر وضعك كجنين ماذا لو اخبرتك و انت جنين انك فى يوم من الايام و تحديدا بعد 9 اشهر ستذهب الى عالم اخر سيكون فية كائنات حية تدعى البشر و هى اكبر منك حجما بــ مئات المرات و ستصبح انت منهم فى يوم من الايام ماذا لو انى اخبرتك انك ستحيى فى عالم هائل الحجم لن تعرف له بداية من نهاية فالارض ممتدة الى ما لا نهاية و السماء مح فوقق لا حدود لها الا قدرتك المحدودة التى تجعلك عاجز على رؤية ما بعد النجوم ماذا ايضا لو انى اخبرتك عن الحيتان و احجامها  و الالم وعن الصقور و كيف تطير و عن النار و الام النار عندما تصيبك ماذا ان حدثتك عن ما ستمتلكة من قوة بعد الولادة و التى ستكون 1000 ضعف مما كنت علية و انت الان فى رحم  امك و سيكون لك القوة لتحطيم الجبال و حفر الخنادق و الانهار.

بالتاكيد ستكذبنى و تقول مجنون و ليس لة رجاحة عقل ولكنك الان تصدقنى فقد اتاك ما وعدت وقد انقى عمرك كجنين و صرت ترى و تسمع بعينك.

والان لنسمع لبعض اياة الله التى تصف لنا الحياة الاخرة التى لم نراها بعد

In 2/2009 I started a new training program for my employees, after consulting my friends in New horizons educational center they suggested that I should use a private technical instructor to take over the entire training program and they recommended Eng.Nour Waguih for me. The Training program started and I was totally surprised that some one that young can gather all this practical experience and self confidence in such a short time.

Nour had to deliver a technical material for my employees that normally took 3 to 4 months in a period of 2 months the training program had to be well planned and he was required to dedicate at least 30% of the training time for labs and supervising the employees work. This time frame was considered to be irrational but I needed to complete the training as soon as possible to meet a project dead line. The amazing thing that he did really manage to accomplish this target without any delays.

In fact, in my twenty years of working in the IT & Networking field I have never experienced any instructor who was better prepared and who worked harder than Nour.

He was willing to come up with creative lessons that proved to be interesting and educationally effective. Nour has approached any and all aspects of the work involved in teaching my employees with eager anticipation
